Insight into the presentation of Riga Dialogue Afterthoughts 2019

The Latvian Institute of International Affairs in cooperation with Nuclear Threat Initiative, European Leadership Network, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), and Latvijas Dzelzceļš (Latvian Railway) continued a tradition and held a public discussion: "Relationship management between West and Russia" and presentation of the annual "Riga Dialogue Afterthoughts 2019: Managing Crisis and Ensuring Strategic Stability in the Euroatlantic Community."
