Insight into Riga Dialogue 2019

On May 23 - 24, 2019, the Latvian Institute of International Affairs in cooperation with Nuclear Threat Initiative, European Leadership Network, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, Russian International Affairs Council, Latvijas Dzelzceļš (Latvian Railway), and informative supporters of the public event portal Delfi.lv held an annual high-level international conference: "Riga Dialogue 2019" and public discussion: "Russia and the West: Beyond Crisis Management."
