Riga Conference Papers 2015 “Towards Reassurance and Solidarity in the Euro-Atlantic Community” is a collection of analytical articles compiled by the Latvian Institute of International Affairs (LIIA) for The Riga Conference 2015. The authors of this publication seek to explain the turbulent and unstable environment in the European Neighbourhood and its effects on the European Union and Transatlantic security. The publication attempts to define the character of changes Europe has recently experienced and their impact on future policies. The publication is a result of a collective effort by the Latvian Institute of International Affairs, the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the Latvian Transatlantic Organization.
